Please use your phone or device to take a 20 second film of yourself from side on whilst riding on the turbo trainer capturing the whole body and bike and pedalling at a cadence of 60-90rpm.
If you are on a road bike place hands on the top of the hoods.If you are on a TT bike take 20 seconds of film with arms rested on elbow pads and 20 seconds with hands holding base bars.If you are on a mtb place hands on grips as normal.
