We offer one-to-one personal training and injury rehabilitation based on site at BW Cycling. We have particular expertise in cycling, triathlon, golf and running. You can book as many sessions as you need, and there’s no contract and no notice period. Our hand-picked team of personal trainers, physiotherapists, massage therapists and sports coaches will work with you to achieve your goals.
If you are training for a challenge, an event or to race a structured training plan could take your performance to the next level. Oli Beckingsale and Andy Wadsworth have over 50 years of professional cycling and coaching between them and use this experience to help you achieve your goals. The plans are all bespoke and based around the time you have available, your strengths and your weaknesses. There is no fixed time frame for the plans so whether you have a long term goal or need a three month boost pre event please contact us for more details
